Heavenly Father, Forgive me for the times when grumbling has taken over my thoughts and words. Help me stop frustration before it grows and takes root. By Your Spirit, teach me to choose gratitude instead of complaining and praise instead of negativity. Humble my heart so I no longer blame others or You for my circumstances. Lead me to face difficulties with prayer, trust, and thanksgiving. Fill me with Your peace that surpasses understanding, and let my life reflect Your grace. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
