O’Hara’s Son Roofing (“OSR”) today announced the acquisition of Total Systems Roofing (“TSR”), a commercial roofing provider headquartered in Crystal Lake, Illinois. The transaction marks OSR’s second strategic acquisition since being acquired by an affiliate of Angeles Equity Partners, LLC, a private investment firm focused on value creation through operational transformation.

This acquisition marks another significant milestone for OSR, as it accelerates its national expansion strategy and strengthens its presence in the Midwest. The integration of Total Systems Roofing’s deep regional expertise with OSR’s national footprint is expected to enhance service capabilities, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
