In his new role, Wurzer will focus on strengthening dealer engagement and accelerating growth across two of Big Joe’s fastest-expanding regions. His responsibilities will include:

  • Strengthening relationships with dealer principals, sales managers, rental managers, and sales representatives across the dealer network
  • Supporting dealer-led national accounts initiatives in collaboration with internal teams and dealer partners
  • Driving adoption and growth of Class I product lines across the Midwest and Southeast markets
  • Supporting dealer development strategies that improve performance, consistency, and long-term partnership success

“We appreciate the dedication and effort Cullen has put into reaching this point,” said Jason Dunigan, Vice President of Sales. “His leadership, strategic mindset, and commitment to dealer success make him an invaluable asset as we continue to strengthen our presence in the Midwest and Southeast regions.”
