Bowhead Specialty Holdings Inc. (the “Company”, “Bowhead Specialty”) (NYSE: BOW) announced today that it will release financial results for the fourth quarter of 2025 at approximately 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time before the market opens on Tuesday, February 24, 2026. The earnings documents will be available on the Company’s Investor Relations website at https://ir.bowheadspecialty.com.

The Company will host a conference call to discuss its results on the same day, Tuesday, February 24, 2026, beginning at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
