NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan 7, 2026--

Braverman Greenspun P.C. announced today that the firm has elevated William J. Geller and Peter T. Salzler to partner, effective January 1, 2026.

“Bill and Peter each bring a broad skillset and a practical approach to problem-solving that strengthens our ability to advise the cooperative and condominium community across the full range of issues they face,” said managing partner Robert Braverman. “We are pleased to welcome them to the partnership.”

“Peter and Bill have become highly valued points of contact for our clients,” said principal Scott Greenspun. “They approach matters with the perspective and sound judgement that are hallmarks of our firm.”

Geller has more than 30 years of experience across nearly all aspects of real estate law. His practice includes real estate and commercial litigation at the trial and appellate levels, as well as bankruptcy, commercial lending, environmental law, administrative agency matters, and transactional work. Salzler represents cooperative and condominium boards in a wide variety of litigation and transactional matters. He advises real estate owners and co-op boards in disputes including construction matters and foreclosures, while also providing day-to-day general counsel guidance to boards. He also counsels clients on refinancings, residential sales, and other transactions.

Salzler has extensive trial and appellate experience in New York state and federal courts as well as significant arbitration and mediation experience. He is a member of the New York City Bar Association’s Cooperative and Condominium Law Committee.

Geller has been recognized as a New York Super Lawyer since 2014. Before his legal career, he was an auditor with Deloitte & Touche. He holds a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School and a B.A.S. from the School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law.
