Caesars Entertainment, Inc. Board Member Don Kornstein Announces Intention to Retire

LAS VEGAS & RENO, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec 3, 2025--

Caesars Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ: CZR) announced that Don Kornstein has informed the company that he intends to retire as Vice Chair of the Board effective Dec. 31, 2025.

The Company expects to reduce the size of the Board to 11 members following Kornstein’s retirement.
