Based out of Houston, Texas, Minton will lead the account management team, strengthening client partnerships and supporting Consociate Health’s continued growth in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

She currently holds leadership roles in key industry organizations, including the Society of Professional Benefit Administrators (SPBA) and the Texas Association of Benefit Administrators (TABA), where she serves as President of the Board of Directors.
