BRYN MAWR, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct 23, 2025--

The board of directors of Essential Utilities Inc. (NYSE: WTRG) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.3426 per share, payable December 1, 2025, to all shareholders of record on November 12, 2025.

Essential Utilities has paid consecutive quarterly cash dividends for 80 years and has increased the dividend 35 times in the last 34 years.
