MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov 12, 2025--

The Board of Directors of Kohl’s Corporation (NYSE:KSS) ("Kohl's" or the "Company") today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable December 24, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 10, 2025.
