Liquidation of Virtus WMC International Dividend ETF

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr 6, 2026--

Virtus Investment Partners, Inc. today announced the upcoming liquidation of the Virtus WMC International Dividend ETF (“VWID” or the “Fund”).

The Fund’s last full day of trading on Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc. (“Cboe”) will be April 8, 2026 and it will be liquidated on or about April 15, 2026 (the “Liquidation Date”). Shareholders may sell their Fund shares until market close on April 8, 2026, at which point VWID shares will no longer trade on the Cboe. In order to facilitate orderly capital markets activity, the Fund anticipates permitting purchases and redemptions of creation units in the Fund until it is delisted from the Cboe. During the period between market close on April 8, 2026 and the Liquidation Date, there is not expected to be any market for the purchase or sale of the Fund’s shares because the Fund will no longer trade on the Cboe.

It is anticipated that the Fund will increase its cash holdings on or prior to the Liquidation Date, which may not be consistent with the Fund’s investment objective and strategy. Shares of the Fund still outstanding on the Liquidation Date will be automatically redeemed at the Fund’s net asset value. The Fund’s adviser will bear all fees and expenses that may be incurred in connection with the liquidation of the Fund and the distribution of cash proceeds to investors in the Fund, other than brokerage fees and expenses.
