LIVERMORE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sep 19, 2025--

McGrath RentCorp (“McGrath” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: MGRC), a leading business-to-business rental company in North America, today announced the Board of Directors’ declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.485 per common share for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The dividend will be payable on October 31, 2025 to all shareholders of record on October 17, 2025. The year 2025 marks 34 consecutive years that McGrath RentCorp has raised its dividend to shareholders.
