Tervis LLC Announces Acquisition of Symglass

BRADENTON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr 8, 2026--

Tervis, the nationally loved drinkware company founded in 1946 and now owned by Tervis LLC, recently announced its acquisition of Symglass, a Nashville-based drinkware company.

At Symglass, products are crafted with each piece offering crystal-clear glass with no fragility. The portfolio includes a stemless wine glass, beer pint glass, champagne glass and various other drinkware options for indoor and outdoor entertaining occasions that are unbreakable, crack-proof and chip-resistant.

Following the acquisition, the Symglass product line will be integrated into the Tervis portfolio and repositioned as Symglass by Tervis, with its current website redirecting to a landing page at Tervis.com.

Over time, TMF Plastics, the current manufacturer for Tervis LLC products, will also take on production of the Symglass product out of its Bradenton, Florida plant. Tervis and Symglass are both produced using Tritan TM USA material that is constructed from FDA-approved materials and are completely BPA-free.

In continuing to create drinkware designed to enhance the drinking experience, Tervis LLC plans to add designs to Symglass products in the future, as well as introduce popular licensed products.

The acquisition marks Tervis LLC’s first expansion under Parsons’ new leadership, showcasing another stride he has made in the last 12 months. Other milestones include Tervis being a licensed partner of America250, recently securing product at major retail stores that will launch prior to Memorial Day in more than 1,700 stores, and new business development and channel expansion.
