TULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec 5, 2025--

Unit Corporation (OTCQX: UNTC) (Company) announced today that the quarterly cash dividend of $1.25 per share of common stock for the fourth quarter of 2025 will be paid on December 26, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 16, 2025. The quarterly cash dividend will be funded by cash on the Company’s balance sheet.
