Heavenly Father, You write stories in trees and flowers, stars and rivers. The dogwood stands as a quiet testimony— a tree twisted by sorrow, yet crowned in bloom. We see in its shape the cross. We see in its petals the pain of Good Friday… and in its bloom, the glory of Resurrection Sunday. Lord, our lives, too, bear wounds. But You do not waste our pain. You use it, redeem it, transform it into something that speaks of Your love. Let us be like the dogwood—rooted in the cross, marked by mercy, growing in grace. When people look at our lives, may they see the beauty of redemption, the evidence of a Savior who turns sorrow into song. Amen.
