Welcome to march! I don’t know about you but I am so happy to be out of the long winter months and looking forward to spring.
My youngest celebrated her eleventh birthday this week, so in honor of her, I’m bringing a couple of her favorite dishes: salmon and vegetables with an Asian-style sauce, and funfetti cookies that taste just like the cake, but simpler to make. I hope you give them a try!
