COPDaffects more than 600,000 Michigandersand is a leading cause of hospitalizations and health care costs nationwide. These services, available to Priority Health Medicare, Medicaid and HIDE-SNP members, help manage symptoms, improve quality of life and avoid preventable hospitalizations.
