Phil Wickham Official Video 'Angels (Glory To God)'

When December rolls around, it’s hard to resist the charm and joy of Christmas music. Songs like ‘Jingle Bell Rock’ and ‘Joy to the World’ add a fun flare, but nothing prepares our hearts quite like a Christmas ballad praising the Lord. Sing along as Phil Wickham sings in the Christmas season in his new official video ‘Angels (Glory To God).’ I don’t know how he does it, but Phil manages to take one of our favorite Christmas songs and create a masterpiece that you can’t help but sing along. The result is an upbeat, joyous, shout your praises to God kind of Christmas song that you’ll want to add to your playlist.

‘Angels we have heard on high

Sweetly singing o'er the plains

And the mountains in reply

Echoing their joyous strains’

He starts the video off strong with a choir of people gathered in their street clothes, with smiles on their faces as they sing “Gloria.” The rhythm picks up with the beat of the drums and Christmas bells. The scene captures your attention with the joy and laughter shot throughout the scene.

‘Glory to God, glory to God

Glory to God in the highest, forever

For all He has done

His unfailing love’

I’m not the only one loving this new Christmas song track. The video debuted a few days ago, and it’s already gone viral with over 31,000 views and fans adding comments of praise. One viewer added, “Phil, you just keep getting better and better! All for our King Jesus.” Another fan commented that her choir should learn the song, she wrote, “I'm in our choir. My sister is the director and loves this kind of music. Maybe our choir could learn this. Oh yeah!”

What about you? Will this new hit be on your Christmas playlist? As you deck the halls and hum along to jingling bells, may God bless you deeply this Christmas season.

Psalm 150:6 Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord.”

Young Man Wows with for KING COUNTRY’s ‘God Only Knows' Cover On The Voice

It is always encouraging to see people taking global platforms to share the gospel. Check out this incredible performance on television. The name of God is glorified by a young person being bold for Christ. A young man wows with for KING & COUNTRY’S ‘God Only Knows' cover on The Voice.

Jaukeem Fortson’s performance is impressive, to say the least. This young man is only 13 years of age. As he sings with conviction and passion, the judges are shown individually, clearly impacted by his performance. Reba, his coach on the show, has tears in her eyes. His runs are skilled, he is dressed for the part, and he has a great grunge sound when needed. The moments he will most blow you away are when he belts with such crisp and clear strength. He is seasoned way beyond his age.

All of the audience claps at the bridge, and the judges are all supportive. As he heads into the final chorus, Jaukeem hits high notes that are beyond unexpected and blow you away. He is incredibly gifted and will lead you into worshiping the Lord for being the God who sees all things. The judges stand in ovation because he is so talented. He is clearly a Christian singer in the making. He has such emotion, passion, skill, and flare. Jaukeem is beyond his years in many ways, and his performance surely has brought glory to the Lord.

Prepare your heart to hear this powerful and meaningful moment. Take time to let it sink in that God Himself has gifted this young man and he is wise enough at the age of 13 to give the glory back to His Creator. What an amazing witness to the world.

“For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb.” Psalm 139:13

Moving and Uplifting ‘Victory In Jesus’ Performance

Take a step back in time and enjoy this moving and uplifting rendering of ‘Victory in Jesus’ by Mcferrin Missionary Baptist Church in Madison, Tennessee. We are so blessed by modern worship music; it is dynamic, powerful, and spirit-filled. However, it sure is nice to listen and sing to those old faithful hymns of years ago. Written in 1939 by Eugene Monroe Bartlett, ‘Victory in Jesus’ exclaims the promise of salvation and eternal life that we have in Jesus.

With the accompaniment of two guitarists and one pianist and the leadership of their choir director, a group of folks sing from the stage while congregants join in. The choir members range in age from senior citizens to teens. Some read lyrics from their hymnals; others don’t. Though the worship pastor seems to have a bit of a cough, we can hear that he has a great voice.

Isn’t it awesome that churches come in all sizes and shapes? If rousing and energetic worship music moves us closer to Christ, there are places that deliver. And, if old-school favorites touch our souls, there are buildings like Mcferrin Missionary Baptist Church still singing those comforting and timeless standards. Thankfully, we can enjoy both!

Sung beautifully by Mcferrin’s choir and members, here are a few lines from ‘Victory in Jesus:’

‘I heard about a mansion He has built for me in glory.

And I heard about the streets of gold beyond the crystal sea;

About the angels singing and the old redemption story,

And some sweet day I'll sing up there the song of victory.’

Born on December 24, 1885 in Waynesville, Missouri, Eugene Bartlett wrote in excess of 800 songs. ‘Victory in Jesus’ is his most widely known. The music teacher and songwriter opened schools and taught singing for over 20 years throughout Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Alabama, and Tennessee. One of the students he mentored along the way was Albert E. Brumley, writer of ‘I’ll Fly Away.’ What a wonderful legacy these two musicians left!

Eugene Bartlett died on January 25, 1941, after suffering a stroke a couple of years earlier. No doubt, a mansion was waiting for Mr. Bartlett.

“For everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith.” 1 John 5:4

Beautiful and Moving Rendition of 'Open The Eyes Of My Heart'

Four incredibly talented musicians delivered a beautiful and moving rendition of “Open the Eyes of My Heart.” Brotherhood Musiq performed the lovely cover. This classic and beloved Michael W. Smith song is a popular target for covers, but this is easily one of the best.

Every Christian should want to become closer to and know God better daily. If that isn’t something a professing Christian wants, are they really a follower of Jesus Christ? Of course, becoming close to Him does not happen instantly and all at once. It’s a process and comes about over the course of a daily walk with the Lord.

We do not instantly become close to someone over a 24 or even a 48-hour period. Instead, a relationship must be formed, and through constant communication between two people and that bond, that relationship becomes stronger and more profound. Much is the same with God.

We'll begin to learn more about Him through prayer and regular reading and studying of His Word. He’ll also start to reveal more about Himself, showing us His will, purpose and direction for our lives.

In a clip posted on YouTube, four gentlemen perform “Open the Eyes of My Heart,” a song about desiring to learn more about and grow closer to Him. While the song’s chorus may be simple, it is so memorable and powerful and should be the desire of every Christian.

“Open the eyes of my heart, Lord

Open the eyes of my heart

I want to see You

I want to see You”

In addition to the beautiful lyrics, the vocal performances are stunning. The three voices heard in this rendition are pitch-perfect for such a heartfelt, moving tune, so smooth, comforting and soothing.

How could you not enjoy this cover? Even major fans of the Michael W. Smith original are bound to find something to like with this version.

Anne Wilson Captivates with Heartfelt 'My Jesus' Live Performance

In a world filled with pain, loss, and weariness, Anne Wilson captivates listeners with her heartfelt ‘My Jesus’ in this life performance. It’s a reminder that no matter the circumstances, we are never alone because Jesus is always there with us, ready to heal, restore, and carry us through.

‘Are you past the point of weary?

Is your burden weighing heavy?

Is it all too much to carry?

Let me tell you 'bout my Jesus’

If you haven’t heard ‘My Jesus’ you will be blown away by how much the song will resonate with your heart. It personally resonates with me because it became my sister’s anthem song as she struggled to get free of addiction. It became my anthem song as I struggled to stay positive through so many health battles with an autoimmune disease. Anne reminds you that no matter what battle you’re facing, Jesus is with you and will make ways for you.

Through this song, Anne shares a story that resonates with so many of us—the power of Jesus and the unexpected peace that comes from trusting in God through it all. Anne shares this message of hope because of the unexpected loss of her brother a few years ago. He died in a tragic accident that shook her whole family. But through it all, she had Jesus. In the midst of the heartbreak, God was teaching Anne to trust Him with everything, even the death of her brother. What a powerful story!

As you listen to ‘My Jesus,’ let God’s love wash over you. Let his presence become real in your life in ways you never thought possible. “He makes a way where there ain’t no way,” as Anne reminds us that no matter how impossible situations may seem, Jesus is always there and has us firmly in His hands. Let ‘My Jesus’ be the reminder that in every season of life, whether joyful or sorrowful, Jesus is ready to walk with you, heal you, and give you hope.

Isaiah 43:19 "See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland."

Anne Wilson 'Southern Gospel' Awe-Inspiring Live Performance

Anne Willson, one of the biggest names in the Christian music scene, turned in an awe-inspiring live performance of her tune “Southern Gospel.” In the clip, Anne shows that she is a terrific live performer, giving the crowd a stunning show. You will want to watch this clip multiple times to watch and listen to Anne’s excellent performance.

No one is a mistake, an accident or alive merely by coincidence. The Lord created everyone with a specific purpose and a role in mind. For this reason, no two people are the same. Everyone is different in a variety of ways. He is in the business of creating originals, not duplicates and replicas.

God’s Kingdom is vast and diverse, comprised of individuals who span the globe. It encompasses many languages, cultures and races, and because of those differences, not everyone who has accepted Christ as their personal Lord and Savior will act and do the exact same things 100 % of the time. Again, God creates individuals, not carbon copies.

In her song “Southern Gospel,” Anne sings about some of the many different individuals who make up God’s Kingdom. Before her performance, Anne states, “This song is all about how it takes all kinds of people.”

“Here’s the church, here’s the steeple

Inside you’ll find all of my people

Sunday school teacher, the parking lot smoker

The six weeks pregnant and the six weeks sober”

Much like Anne’s performance in the video, the entire song is enjoyable and infectious, with its upbeat, fast-paced rhythm and melody and incredibly relatable lyrics. However, those four simple lines above perfectly describe and articulate the many kinds of people who are God’s children and part of His Kingdom.

Colossians 3:16 “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.”

Anne Wilson Wows with Stirring 'Out of The Bluegrass' Live Performance

When Anne Wilson wows with a stirring ‘Out of the Bluegrass’ live performance! She poured her heart into a song that speaks to her roots and God’s faithfulness. Growing up in the rolling hills of Kentucky, Anne experienced the beauty of small-town life—a place where values like family, faith, and community are woven into every part of life.

But Anne’s journey hasn’t always been easy. It wasn’t as picturesque as it sounds to live a small-town life. She lost her brother Jacob in a tragic car accident, and Anne found herself questioning where God was leading her. It was in those hard places that her purpose unfolded. It became a story of God’s hand guiding her out of heartbreak and tragedy and into hope after the tragic loss of her brother in a car accident.

Her lyrics reflect a journey many of us can relate to—starting from humble beginnings and trusting God as He leads us into the unknown, no matter the dreams, struggles, or challenges. We know He uses the most unexpected circumstances to shape us into who we’re meant to be. In Anne’s case, He used music. The girl who once dreamed of being an astronaut became a Country-Gospel singer, reaching hearts through her songs.

‘Out of the Bluegrass’ reminds us that no matter where we start, God can do extraordinary things with an ordinary life. As Anne sings, “He called me out of the bluegrass / Into His marvelous light,” let her words encourage you to trust God with the next step in your journey. It reminds us God’s love has a way of meeting us right in the wilderness, those dry and desolate seasons when we feel lost or uncertain. Just as He led the Israelites through the desert into the Promised Land, He calls us out of our own places of wandering and into His arms of grace.

Take a moment today to reflect on your own story. Where has God brought you from? What pieces of your journey might He use for His glory? Remember, whether you’re in the hills of Kentucky or in the middle of life’s challenges, God’s plans are always greater than we can imagine.

Isaiah 58:11 "The Lord will guide you always; He will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail."

Adorable 3-Year-Old and 6-Year-Old '10,000 Reasons' Duet

An adorable 3-year-old and 6-year-old turned in a precious duet of the beloved praise and worship song “10,000 Reasons.” This is such a sweet and heartwarming performance. It’s so charming that you’ll likely have to watch it several times.

Sadly, children, because of their young age and limited life experience, are arguably the most overlooked members of society. Many people will look at a child and discount or limit them, believing they can do very little. However, everyone, including small children, is blessed with unique gifts and talents. Those abilities are given to us so that we might use them to bring glory and honor to His name.

Shows like America’s Got Talent and American Idol consistently prove that talent can and does come from anywhere and everywhere, even from small children. There are many gifted and talented people in this world who, for whatever reason, may not have been given an opportunity.

A heartwarming clip posted on YouTube demonstrates that children are capable of much. In the video, two young men— 3-year-old Nicholas and his 6-year-old brother Leo—beautifully sing Matt Redman’s “10,000 Reasons.” The two young vocalists belt out the beautifully and powerfully written lyrics as their older sister, Karolina, plays the violin.

“Bless the Lord, oh my soul

Oh my soul

Worship His holy name

Sing like never before”

“10,000 Reasons,” since its release in 2013, is a tune that has become a popular target for the cover treatment. There are page after page of videos on YouTube of musicians and bands performing the song. But this video of the two tiny gentlemen singing as their big sister plays the violin is easily one of the sweetest and cutest versions of “10,000 Reasons” that you will ever come across.

How could you not enjoy this video and their darling performance?

Proverbs 22:6 “If a child is trained up in the right way, even when he is old, he will not be turned away from it.”

Christian Couple’s Soul-Stirring Cover of ‘Praise’ by Elevation Worship

Slow things down for a few minutes and enjoy this soul-stirring cover of ‘Praise’ by Christian artists Caleb & Kelsey. A variation on the uptempo and spirited original, this couple’s version takes more time, providing the listener with extra seconds to linger on the lyrics. And they are indeed beautiful words, written by Brandon Lake, Chandler Moore, Chris Brown, Cody Carnes, Pat Barrett, and Steven Furtick. When Caleb and Kelsey sing those perfect lines of ‘Praise,’ it’s another big hit!

Sitting at the edge of the water with the forest at their backs, Caleb and Kelsey Grimm are dressed in fall clothing. The changing color of the trees and the sunshine reflecting off the water create a gorgeous gold around the couple. The setting is certainly praise-worthy, as are their harmonies. When Kelsey sings the main message line, we hear just how pretty her voice is—simple, pure, and perfectly pretty!

She turns her brilliant blue eyes toward the heavens before Caleb joins her, and the song continues. Kelsey sings backup vocals for Caleb, and he points toward the skies. They sing together and individually, all the while exclaiming the greatest of God.

Here is one verse from ‘Praise:’

‘I’ll praise in the valley, praise on the mountain

I’ll praise when I’m sure, praise when I’m doubting

I’ll praise when outnumbered, praise when surrounded

‘Cause praise is the waters my enemies drown in’

Few among us don’t find it hard to praise at times, particularly in the midst of trials. Of course, everyone experiences hardships, and Kelsey wrote about her battles with suicide, faith, and identity in her 2021 book, Over It

When asked what advice she has for those struggling with their faith, Kelsey told the Christian Post, “We all struggle in our faith. It’s part of having faith at all. Believing in someone or something we can’t see is confusing and hard sometimes. Surround yourself with people who give you space to ask questions and sit with you wherever you are on your faith journey.”

Among the infinite number of reasons we have for worshipping, Caleb & Kelsey are one. Their voices raised in praise stir souls, teach lessons, and touch hearts!

“Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord.” Psalms 150:6

Teen’s Awe-Inspiring Cover of ‘The Prayer’

Check out this modern video for a classic song known worldwide. Luca Brugnolia is only 13 years old, and he is sharing his talents with the world. His voice is pure and poised, and it is such a joy to listen to him. This video is the teen’s awe-inspiring cover of ‘The Prayer.’

At the start of the music video, we see clips of two precious babies. Then, a father holding the hand of his young son. Luca appears in a dark corner of a concrete building and begins to walk down the stairs. He sings with such heart and passion. He is shown playing his guitar like a beggar on the street as people walk by. He is in ragged clothing but sharing his love for music with others. Luca is artistic, and his voice is very impressive for his age. He continues with the chorus in Italian and translates it to English.

Luca is then another “character” when he sings Italian. He is dressed in a suit vest and walking in an elegant setting. He is showing a story of two boys living in very different worlds who have a love for music. One plays guitar on the streets and is poor, and the other is wealthy and plays piano in a high-end studio. The creative storyline has you intrigued during the entire performance. It is as if he is showing that no matter who we are or what our life circumstances are, that God hears our prayers.

The harmonies on the chorus will almost bring you to tears. It is absolutely stunnings. He is absolutely a wonderful singer that you want to hear more from. Watching this video inspires us to pray. At the end of this video, the two boys meet, and their worlds collide. It is beautiful.

“Continue steadfastly in prayer, being watchful in it with thanksgiving.” Colossians 4:2

DEEP INSIDE MY SOUL - Rob sings his original song from his CD "Jesus Paid The Price."

THESE WORDS ARE FROM MY BOOK titled Creating Your Best Life Now. And I am singing my original song DEEP INSIDE MY SOUL from my CD “Jesus Paid The Price”… A husband and wife prayed for prosperity and good fortune. One mystical evening, three angels visited them; Wealth, Success, and Love. The angels stood outside their door and told them they could only pick one of them to come into their home. After they thought over their choices, the husband shared this with his wife. "If we choose Wealth, we can buy our Success, which will bring us Love." She disagreed, "If we choose Success, it will bring us Wealth, and then we can afford to be in Love." After much back-and-forth discussion, they both agreed to choose Love. The couple asked the three angels, "Which one of you is Love? Please come in and fill our home." As Love started walking toward them, Wealth and Success followed Love into their house. Surprised, they asked, "You told us we could only pick one of you, so why are all of you coming into our home?" Love answered, "If you had invited Wealth or Success into your home, I would have stayed outside. But since you invited me in, where I go, they follow. Because wherever there is Love, there will also be Wealth and Success." This description of Love from The Good Book says it all... Love is patient. Love is kind. It does not envy or boast. It is not proud. It does not dishonor others. It isn’t self-seeking and is not easily angered. It keeps no record of wrongdoings. Love doesn’t delight in evil but rejoices in the truth. It always protects, trusts, hopes, and perseveres. Love never fails. If I have faith that can move mountains, yet have no love, I am nothing. And now, these three things will always remain; faith, hope, and love. And the greatest of these is Love. HIS COMMAND - Scripture based, from my original music CD "For You."

THESE WORDS ARE FROM MY BOOK titled Creating Your Best Life Now and the song HIS COMMAND is from my CD “For You”… Love your neighbor as yourself. Loving one another is the heart, mind, and soul, becoming one with another person. It is treating somebody else, how you would want them to treat you. It is loving people the way you want to be loved. It is giving to another person, what you would expect them to provide for you. The best exercise for the heart, is to lift someone up who is emotionally down. When somebody doesn’t have a smile, give them one of yours. Instead of putting people down, raise them up and watch yourself rise along with them. Always use your words for kindness, your ears for compassion, your heart for love, and your hands for helping. There is hope for the helpless, rest for the weary, and love for the brokenhearted. The smallest act of kindness can be seen as almost nothing, but the person receiving your compassion and kindness sees it as everything! Celtic Woman Chilling 'We Three Kings' Performance

The Christmas season is a time to celebrate the miracle of Christ’s birth and embrace the joy, wonder, and unity it brings. And nothing ushers in the season quite like our favorite Christmas songs. You’ll adore the Celtic Woman’s chilling ‘We Three Kings’ performance. The YouTube video of this song combines their ethereal voices, a stunning stage, and the deep reverence of the journey of the Magi. Is it just me, or is this one of their best performances? You be the judge!

As the first notes of the bagpipes fill the air, the stage transforms into a wonderland of red with silver lights. A majestic red Christmas tree is on the center stage, illuminated by lights that glow a deep, vibrant red. Against this beautiful stage, the three Celtic women walk out onto the stage in stunning white dresses with silver accents that take your breath away. It’s almost as if they look like stars shining in the heavenly night sky. They look and sound like heavenly angels.

‘We three kings of Orient are;

bearing gifts we traverse afar,

field and fountain, moor and mountain,

following yonder star’

Together, the singers carry the story of the Wisemen following the star to Bethlehem, and it’s almost as if you can feel what the Wisemen felt on their long journey to find the truth for themselves. They sang the lilting rhythm with grace and poise. You can’t help but feel as though Christ’s birth is right around the corner, promising us the peace and salvation we long for the whole world to feel.

We hope you enjoyed this beautiful and perhaps one of the best versions of Christmas songs. May it help usher your heart into the true reason for the season, Christ’s gift for us all.

Matthew 2:9-10 “After they had heard the king, they went on their way, and the star they had seen when it rose went ahead of them until it stopped over the place where the child was. 10 When they saw the star, they were overjoyed.”

Awe-Inspiring ‘Trust In God’ Cover

Turn your attention to God and shed the burdens you’ve been carrying as you hear this awe-inspiring ‘Trust In God’ cover performed by First Baptist Church in Clarksville. Something powerful happened as the sanctuary lights dimmed and the song's first few chords filled the air. It wasn’t just a song to be sung; it was an invitation to lay down our worries, surrender our doubts, and stand on the unwavering truth that God never fails.

So often in life, we try to navigate all the ups and downs all on our own. If we can control life’s outcomes, our hearts will remain safe. But that’s not the truth. Just as the lyrics of this song remind us, “Jesus is mine. He’s been my fourth man in the fire, time after time.”

Can we pause here for a second? The song reminds us of the story of Shadrach, Meschach, and Abednago and the fiery furnace. They weren’t spared a life from the fires, but God was with them in it (Daniel 3:25). Isn’t that how God works? He doesn’t always take us around the fire or put out the flames, but He promises to walk us through it.

Trust In God also reminds us that God is the author of our life stories with the lyrics, “Perfect submission, all is at rest. I know the author of tomorrow has ordered my steps.” I don’t know about you, but I often wrestle with trying to figure it all out on my own. But then I remember that I needed to let go and trust in the true Author and Perfector of my life. God can see things we can’t see and His ways are higher than our ways. He’s always working things out for our good.

As you listen to this beautiful worship song, ask yourself where you need to trust Him today. What would it look like to stop striving and start resting in His promises? Let this song be a reminder God has never failed you, and He never will.

Psalm 9:10 “Those who know your name trust in you, for you Lord have never forsaken those who seek you.”

Stunning A Cappella Rendition of ‘Little Is Much When God Is In It’

There’s a timeless beauty that is captured when it comes to listening to old hymns. You’re in for a real treat as you listen to this stunning a cappella rendition of ‘Little Is Much When God Is In It’ by Dan Hefner. His version is a perfect example of why these old hymns are still relevant today. It’s the perfect example of worshiping the Lord and trusting in Him.

If you haven’t heard Dan before, you’ll love his unique approach to singing. Using his voice alone, he layers the harmonies and textures of the song to create a rich choral sound that feels like you’re listening to a big choir as they lead you in worship. His rendition of ‘Little Is Much When God Is In It’ captures God’s message: God doesn’t need grandeur to work miracles. God simply asks us to trust in Him, no matter how small our faith and efforts may seem. When we offer our gifts to God, no matter how modest, God multiplies them in ways we can’t imagine.

What I love most about the rendition of the song is Dan's passion for singing hymns a cappella. On his YouTube page, he wrote “My name is Dan Hefner. I am a Christian, husband and father, and music minister in my local church. I am blessed to have been reared in a godly, musical home, and I'm passionate about enriching others with Scriptural music. I pray that God will be glorified and you will be blessed by the music you find here!”

He launched his YouTube page in 2020 and has slowly gained a following since then with almost 7,000 fans. Perhaps as you listen to this incredible piece of music, you’ll become a fan too. Let the message of this song warm your heart, whatever you bring to God, no matter how small, it is enough for Him to do great things.

Colossians 3:17 "And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him."

The Detty Sisters’ Stunning Live ‘Holy Water’ Performance

The Detty sisters sang a stunning live performance of Holy Water, and it was more than just a performance, it was a call for each of us to lay down our burdens and run to Jesus. Don’t miss this beautiful performance.

‘God, I'm on my knees again

God, I'm begging please again

I need you

Oh, I need you’

There is something sacred about uttering the words, “Lord, I need you.” It’s as if we truly realize how much we need God, His presence, His wisdom, forgiveness, and His deep, boundless love. The song reminds us that as we walk down life’s desert roads, it can leave us feeling parched and weary. The world offers countless distractions and temporary band-aids but only God can ease the ache in our chest.

At one point during the song, the oldest sister encouraged those listening to remember what it was like the first time we felt God come into our lives. During the interlude, she said, “How many remembers the moment that he touched you and baptized you with his Holy Spirit and with water? The moment that he set me free, I’ve never been the same, hallelujah.”

God’s forgiveness is truly like honey, offering a sweet taste to our souls as we’re comforted by Christ’s love and set free for His purpose and plans. It’s a beautiful reminder that no matter what life throws at us, we can rest firmly in God’s hands. His love takes us to the riverside of His grace as He washes us with the Holy Water of His forgiveness. Through this beautiful performance by the Detty Sisters, we can lean into Jesus and thank Him for the ultimate gift of His sacrifice for us on the cross.

We hope you enjoyed this sweet ‘Holy Water’ performance by these lovely, Jesus-loving ladies.

John 7:37-38 "On the last and greatest day of the festival, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, ‘Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them.’"

Soul-Stirring Cover of Phil Wickham’s ‘This is Our God’

A praise and worship team turned in a soul-stirring cover of Phil Wickham’s “This is Our God.” This is a lovely cover of one of the most beloved and popular contemporary Christian songs. The video and the delightful performance deserve to be heard and watched multiple times.

Hymns will never be matched or bested. It’s simply not possible to do so, in my opinion. How could you ever come up with a better praise and worship tune than “How Great Thou Art,” “Great is Thy Faithfulness” or “Victory in Jesus?” There’s an easy answer to that question: It cannot be done. Oh, and let’s not forget the most iconic and beloved hymn of all time, “Amazing Grace.”

While hymns are still far and away the best choice for songs regarding church services, contemporary Christian music is still a formidable genre. Plenty of incredibly talented Christian musicians use their gift for sound to bring glory and honor to His name. Arguably, the most prominent and most talented contemporary Christian artist today is Phil Wickham. His tunes are widely heard on Christian radio and in houses of worship.

In a clip posted on YouTube, one praise and worship team performed Phil’s classic hit song, “This is Our God.” It’s a dazzling rendition of the song about our awesome, loving and mighty God that many have come to know and love.

While the performances in the short clip are noteworthy, the beautifully written lyrics are why people know and love this song. The words wonderfully and accurately tell of God’s love, grace, mercy and faithfulness. But as good as those lyrics are, they still fall short of adequately

describing something too great for words and human comprehension.

The Lord is better, more loving and faithful than we deserve. There is no reason for Him to offer His love and forgiveness to us freely, yet He does.

Ephesians 5:19 “Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;”

Life is full of battles. Some are more visible to the world, while others remain hidden, waged silently in our hearts and minds. Brandon Lake’s ‘Hard Fought Hallelujah’s official music video is a powerful anthem that speaks of our struggles and reminds us to celebrate the victories we claim in our loving Jesus–even when they feel hard-won.

‘I'll bring my hard-fought heartfelt

Been-through-hell hallelujah

I'll bring my storm-tossed, torn-sail

Story to tell, hallelujah’

We have no idea the battles others face. We can only draw on our own experiences. For some, they’re battling addiction, and every step towards sobriety is a victory. For others, they face health battles, like autoimmune diseases. It’s something that wages war on a daily basis. Sometimes, just making the bed is a hard-fought battle. For others, it’s raising kids, tight finances, or rocky relationships. Life may feel like a constant struggle to make it to the end of the day.

Yet, even in these moments, God reminds us of His faithfulness. And that’s one of the reasons I love Brandon’s song. It’s an anthem and reminds us that trusting in Him in the small victories–an unexpected gift, a nap, a paid bill, or a meal shared with gratitude becomes an act of worship, a hallelujah in the midst of hardship. Like Brandon sings, these hallelujahs may be born of struggle, but they are also born of grace. They are reminders God is with us in every battle.

We hope you enjoyed the performance of Hard Fought Hallelujah. It captures the heart of what it means to celebrate even the smallest of victories. It’s about praising God not just when the battle is over but while we’re still in the trenches. It’s about believing that every step forward is a moment of gaining more hope in Him.

Exodus 15:2 “The LORD is my strength and song, and he has become my salvation: he is my God, and I will prepare him an habitation; my father's God, and I will exalt him.”
