ExchangeRight has announced that Bryan Yvon has joined the company as senior vice president of the Southeast region. In this role, Yvon will serve financial advisors and representatives across Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, and Puerto Rico.

Bryan Yvon has joined ExchangeRight as senior vice president of the Southeast region (Tuesday, August 26, 2025).

Yvon will focus on strengthening advisor relationships and delivering access to ExchangeRight’s REIT and 1031 DST investment offerings, which are structured to provide capital preservation, stable income, and tax-advantaged solutions. Yvon brings over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, having supported independent broker-dealers and RIAs with alternative investment strategies. Yvon holds Series 7 and 63 licenses, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Rhode Island.
