STATE COLLEGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr 2, 2025--

Kish Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQX: KISB), (“Kish” or the “Company”) parent company of Kish Bank, today announced that on April 1, 2025, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.39 per share. The dividend will be payable April 30, 2025, to shareholders of record as of April 15, 2025.
