STATE COLLEGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr 2, 2026--

Kish Bancorp, Inc. (OTCQX: KISB) (“Kish” or the “Company”), parent company of Kish Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.40 per share on April 1, 2026. The dividend will be payable April 30, 2026, to shareholders of record on April 15, 2026. This dividend per share is unchanged from the previous quarter.
