Legacy Bakehouse Appoints Lauren Davis as Chief Financial Officer

Legacy Bakehouse (Legacy), a leading contract manufacturer of baked snacks and snack components, today announced the appointment of Lauren Davis as Chief Financial Officer. Davis brings a wealth of financial leadership experience in the food industry to Legacy, joining the company during a transformational phase as it accelerates its ambitious growth plan through acquisitions and facility expansions. Prior to Legacy, Davis served as CFO of Sokol Custom Foods and in other financial & strategic leadership roles.

In her new role, Davis will oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and strategic initiatives. She will work closely with President Alain Vallet-Sandre and the executive leadership team to support Legacy's continued expansion in the competitive baked snacks market.

Rapid Expansion

Since 2023, Legacy Bakehouse has grown significantly through two key acquisitions: the former Angelic Bakehouse facility in Cudahy, Wisconsin, and, most recently, Mannon Specialty Foods Inc. (doing business as Classic Cookie) in Sevierville, Tennessee. The company now operates more than 150,000 square feet of SQF-certified production space across three facilities in Wisconsin and Tennessee.
