Oceanview Reinsurance Names Timothy Gasaatura President & CEO

HAMILTON, Bermuda--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sep 3, 2025--

Oceanview Reinsurance Ltd., a subsidiary of Oceanview Holdings Ltd., today announced that Timothy Gasaatura, FSA, MAAA, has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer, effective September 1, 2025. He succeeds Stelian Dragan, who has chosen to relocate to the United States with his family to continue his career in the reinsurance industry.

Gasaatura currently serves as Chief Actuary of Oceanview Secure Reinsurance Ltd. and previously was Chief Actuary of Oceanview Reinsurance Ltd. Prior to joining Oceanview, he held senior roles at Corebridge/AIG and Langhorne Re, and developed deep expertise in enterprise risk management, capital optimization, and asset-liability management.
