• Carrier Backing: Policies are written on non-admitted paper backed by an A.M. Best 'A-' (Excellent) rated carrier.
• Availability: Available nationwide across the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.
• Operational Requirements: Eligible accounts must have a minimum of three years in business with verifiable loss runs; new ventures and recent purchases are excluded.
• Submission Data: Requires a target premium, ACORD applications, the Origin supplemental form, and five years of currently valued loss runs.
• Premium Threshold: Minimum premium is established at $10,000.
• Coverage Enhancements: Available options include Defense Outside the Limits, Hired and Non-Owned Auto (HNOA), Innkeepers Liability, and Employee Benefits Liability (EBL).
• Ineligible Exposures: The program excludes exterior entrances, bed-and-breakfasts, and kitchenettes.
