Trivest Announces Promotions Across the Firm

Reid Callaway has been promoted to Managing Director within the Trivest Discovery Fund. Reid joined Trivest in 2015 and is responsible for originating and evaluating new investment opportunities, completing acquisitions, working closely with management teams to execute against strategic initiatives, and monitoring existing portfolio companies. Prior to joining Trivest, he was a private equity Associate at NGP Energy Capital and an investment banking Analyst at Lehman Brothers. Reid received his B.B.A. in Finance and B.A. in the Plan II Honors Program from the University of Texas, and he received his M.B.A. from Stanford University.

Frank Hapak has been promoted to Managing Director within the Trivest Mid-Market Fund. Frank joined Trivest in 2018. He is responsible for originating and evaluating new investment opportunities, completing acquisitions, working closely with management teams to execute against strategic initiatives, and monitoring existing portfolio companies. Prior to joining Trivest, he worked at Express Oil Change, a private equity-backed automotive aftermarket services platform. Frank was formerly an Associate at Carousel Capital and started his career as an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of Piper Sandler. Frank received his B.B.A. from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

Micah Dawson has been promoted to Managing Director within the Trivest Portfolio Support Group. Micah joined Trivest in 2018 to lead the Portfolio Support Group. In this role, he focuses on value creation for Trivest’s portfolio companies using the proprietary Path to 3x system. Prior to joining Trivest, Micah held several senior operating roles at Tru-Flex, a portfolio company of HBM Holdings, where he also worked in the Strategy and Corporate Development Group. He received a JD/MBA from the University of Virginia and a B.Arch from the University of Miami.

Andrea Hinestroza has been promoted to Senior Associate within the Trivest Growth Investment Fund. Andrea joined Trivest in 2021. She is responsible for the analysis of investment opportunities, identification of strategic acquisition targets and monitoring of existing portfolio companies. Prior to joining Trivest, Andrea was an Investment Banking Analyst at RBC Capital Markets in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. She received her B.S. in Finance from Florida International University.
