Blackmon scores 22, Stetson defeats Div. II-Johnson (FL) 123-43

DELAND, Fla. (AP) — Jalen Blackmon's 22 points helped Stetson defeat Johnson (FL) 123-43 on Sunday.

Blackmon was 7 of 12 shooting (6 for 10 from 3-point range) for the Hatters (6-4). Treyton Thompson scored 16 points and added eight rebounds. Aubin Gateretse had 14 points and shot 7 of 11 from the field.

Fabian De Los Rios led the way for the Suns with 14 points. Fernando Garrido added seven points and four assists for Johnson (FL). Daniel Ferrer also put up six points.

NEXT UP

Stetson's next game is Sunday against Omaha on the road, and Johnson (FL) visits Alabama State on Tuesday.
