Supporters of Brazil's former President Jair Bolsonaro protested his house arrest order by the Supreme Court. During the month of rituals for Pachamama, or Mother Earth, people in Bolivia burned offerings. In Haiti, Laurent Saint-Cyr replaced Fritz Alphonse Jean for the rotating presidency of the transitional presidential council.
