BRUSSELS (AP) — European farmers demonstrated outside the EU summit in Brussels, blocking roads with tractors, clashing with police and setting tires on fire. At the world leaders summit itself, tensions centered on a plan to use frozen Russian assets to aid Ukraine for the next two years.
