FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (AP) — Two men have been convicted of robbing and killing a South Florida plumber. Court records show that Keon Travy Glanton pleaded guilty Friday to conspiring to commit robbery, carjacking resulting in death and discharging a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence. Jamal Lamar Head pleaded guilty to the same charges last month. Officials say Glanton and Head robbed two plumbers in two days in July 2018. On the second day, the plumber fought back, and Head fatally shot the man. Head and Glanton fled the area in the plumber's van and later set it on fire.
