Mobvista (1860.HK) today announced its financial results for the three months ended September 30, 2025, reporting steady operational improvements and continued momentum across its core businesses.

Mobvista recorded total revenue of $532M, representing a 27.6 % year-on-year increase. Gross profit reached $111M, up 26.4 % from the prior year. Adjusted EBITDA rose to $47M, an increase of 37.3 % year-on-year, underscoring the Company's strengthened profitability and resilient business fundamentals.

Mintegral Continues to Drive Growth Through AI Innovation

Mintegral, Mobvista's programmatic interactive advertising platform, delivered another strong quarter and remained a key driver of Group performance. During Q3, Mintegral generated $508M in revenue, up 26.2 % year-on-year, accounting for 95.5 % of total Group revenue.

Since May 2023, Mintegral has launched four consecutive smart bidding solutions powered by AI and machine learning. These products optimize campaign outcomes by focusing on advertiser targets such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and CPE (Cost Per Engagement), enabling more efficient and effective ad delivery.

The smart bidding suite supports diverse monetization models, including in-app advertising, hybrid monetization, and in-app purchases for both gaming and non-gaming applications. Adoption was strong, with smart bidding solutions contributing more than 80% of Mintegral's total revenue during the quarter, reinforcing their role as a major engine of high-quality growth.

Multi-Vertical Strategy Strengthens Mintegral's Leading Position

Mintegral continued to diversify its advertiser base across multiple verticals, further balancing its revenue structure and driving sustainable growth. Both gaming and non-gaming segments delivered year-on-year revenue increases.

• Gaming revenue reached $384M, accounting for 75.7% of Mintegral's total revenue, up 30.5% year-on-year.
