We mourn the death of Dolly Parton. She loved everyone…and everyone loved her. Luckily no politics here. Just the memories of millions as we remember the incredible Dolly…song writer, singer, musician, actor, Dollywood creator, and most important...philanthropist. YES, Dolly gave back almost as much as she made. Millions to causes, from health, housing, people in need all over America, and the world. Her foundation to rid our country of illiteracy has distributed hundreds of millions of children’s books. There are 11 distribution locations right here in Central Florida. Did you ever get to “The Dixie Stampede”…Dolly’s rodeo dinner theater near Disney. It closed in 2008 before I could enjoy…but I know a lot of you did. Great memories of Dolly…and what she meant to Central Florida. A life well lived, good and faithful servant.

Friday Nights Under The Lights!!
Back for our 15th season of high school football! Roger and Joe bring you all the action each Friday night “under the lights”! This week, Winter Park HS heads to Apopka HS…kick off at 7pm!!! The Apopka Blue Darters have shown a huge improvement over last year. The season is just getting started…so don’t miss a minute of exciting high school football! Jags Wrap Up Pre-Season!
The JAGS will wrap up the pre-season this weekend…as they welcome the Buccaneers…cross state rivalry!!! We have high school football Friday…so we will air the entire game, pre-game, and post game, Saturday at 4pm. Hey, what do you expect, from the radio station that delivers the JAGS every week!

You know Jeff on “The Bridge”…well let’s go a little deeper into the life of Jeff Senas. Jeff is our senior producer, with Salem Media since 2006…here in this building even longer!! He loves alL star wrestling. You’ll see him at many of the local matches. He’s a pool shark, and loves sports, especially Magic Basketball!!! He’s an encyclopedia of stats, scores, special sports events, and more!!! When you call The American Adversaries…Jeff is the guy who answers the phone. Say hi!!!
