SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug 5, 2025--

AiStrike, the AI-powered platform transforming modern security operations, is excited to announce the appointment of Harsh Patwardhan as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Harsh brings over two decades of experience building scalable cybersecurity platforms, with deep expertise in AI-driven threat detection, behavioral analytics, and security operations automation.

Harsh was a founding engineering leader at Securonix, where he played a central role in scaling the company from inception to a $1B+ outcome, helping launch and evolve its industry-defining SaaS-based SIEM and UEBA platforms. He led the development of flagship products including Securonix Next-Gen SIEM and User Entity & Behavior Analytics (UEBA) platforms, SOAR and Autonomous Threat Management, and is a co-author of multiple patents in threat scoring and anomaly detection.

This appointment reunites Harsh with Founder and CEO Nitin Agale - longtime collaborators from their time scaling Securonix and Vaau (acquired by Sun Microsystems), and now continues at AiStrike with a renewed mission: to reimagine security operations with AI at the core.

“Harsh complements our leadership team perfectly,” said Nitin Agale, CEO of AiStrike. “He brings deep engineering leadership, firsthand knowledge of SecOps workflows, and the ability to build high-scale, cloud-native platforms. We’ve worked together for more than two decades—and I couldn’t think of a better partner to help drive AiStrike’s next phase of innovation.”

As CTO, Harsh will lead platform engineering, AI architecture, and technical strategy—building on AiStrike’s vision of delivering intelligent detection, investigation, and response through composite AI. His leadership will strengthen the company’s ability to scale rapidly, solve real-world analyst pain points, and empower customers with outcomes-driven automation.

“Joining AiStrike feels like coming full circle,” said Harsh Patwardhan. “We’re not just building a product—we’re solving the toughest problems in security operations with a team that’s done it before. I’m excited to help shape the future of autonomous SOCs alongside Nitin and Kayzad.”

Backed by a leadership team with deep roots in security operations and a proven track record of scaling cybersecurity startups from inception to successful exit, AiStrike combines domain expertise with executional excellence. This foundation positions the company to lead the next wave of AI-powered transformation in enterprise security.
