Lambda, the Superintelligence Cloud, today announced it has raised over $1.5B in Series E funding, led by TWG Global, a holding company led by Thomas Tull and Mark Walter. Also participating in the round are Thomas Tull’s US Innovative Technology Fund (USIT) and several existing investors.

Lambda delivers large-scale AI factories that power mission-critical training and inference, just as demand for compute is rising and data center space is scarce.
