Lemonade adds Meta’s VP of AI Products to its Board of Directors

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct 15, 2025--
Lemonade (NYSE: LMND), the digital insurance company powered by AI and social impact, announced it has named Prashant Ratanchandani to its Board of Directors, effective today.
Mr. Ratanchandani, Meta’s Vice President of Engineering for AI Products, leads the engineering teams responsible for building Meta’s Generative AI products. At Meta, he has held multiple leadership roles, scaling technical organizations that underpin core experiences across the company’s family of apps.
Prior to Meta, Ratanchandani served in leadership positions at Microsoft, where he worked on scaling the Windows operating system. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur—where he received the prestigious B.C. Roy Gold Medal—and a Master of Science degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
