Erwin shares how nervous he was to make a follow-up and why this movie intentionally breaks the “happily ever after” to explore what happens when life gets hard again. Quaid reflects on playing Bart’s father once more and how the story’s themes of gratitude, redemption and hope – especially between fathers and sons – resonated deeply with him.
