Senate Committee Votes to Hold Fauci in Contempt

A Senate committee has voted along party lines to hold Dr. Anthony Fauci in contempt of Congress after he repeatedly invoked his Fifth Amendment right and declined to answer questions during a hearing on the federal government's response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The vote refers the matter to the Justice Department for possible investigation into whether Fauci properly asserted his constitutional protections. Any decision to investigate or prosecute now rests with federal prosecutors, and a congressional referral does not require the Justice Department to take action. Democrats have questioned whether the referral is legally valid without a vote of the full Senate, setting up a likely legal and political battle over the next steps.

What Happened at 3AM After Laurence Fox’s Viral Oxford Islam Debate | The Erin Molan Show

Laurence Fox joins Erin Molan for a full debrief after his viral Oxford Union speech in the debate, “This House Believes the West Is Right to Be Suspicious of Islam.” Fox reveals the truth behind the now-famous envelope moment, what his wife stopped him from showing—and what happened when security woke him and his wife at 3AM and told them: “We’ve got to go. Now.” The Oxford Union Islam debate featuring Laurence Fox, Tommy Robinson, Jacob Rees-Mogg and others exploded online after the entire chamber appeared to tense up as Fox reached into an envelope believed to contain a Muhammad cartoon. In this interview, Laurence Fox from @ReclaimTheMedia_ explains the strategy behind that viral moment, the reference to Charlie Hebdo, what the atmosphere was really like inside the Oxford Union and what happened after he and his wife returned to their hotel. Fox and Erin also discuss free speech, Islamism, religious extremism, integration, Western values and whether fear itself proved the central argument of the Oxford debate. Laurence opens up about the death threats and personal cost of speaking publicly, his Christian faith, why he invoked Winston Churchill, the powerful lesson his late mother taught him about truth—and whether he still hopes to return to acting. Former Democrat Goes BALLISTIC.. Reveals the Plan to STOP Mamdani | The Erin Molan Show

What Dov Hikind told me about his mother, Auschwitz and the true meaning of “Never Again” left me fighting back tears. Dov Hikind spent 36 years in the New York State Assembly as a Democrat. Now, he is going absolutely ballistic over the direction of the Democratic Party—and specifically the silence of Chuck Schumer and other prominent Jewish leaders as antisemitism escalates. In this raw and deeply emotional conversation, Dov reveals the concrete action he and former New York Governor David Paterson have taken by asking the Department of Justice to examine what they describe as incitement surrounding Zohran Mamdani’s rhetoric. He also unloads on Chuck Schumer, Bernie Sanders and Democratic moderates; explains why he believes New York’s Jewish leadership has failed to confront this moment; and reveals his plan to help create a new Jewish defense organization in America. But the conversation takes an intensely personal turn when Dov recounts how his mother survived Auschwitz while the rest of her family was murdered—and delivers a devastating message to everyone who continues saying “Never Again” without being prepared to act. Watch until the end, then tell me in the comments: Has “Never Again” become an empty slogan? Muslim Student LOST Debate on Islam at Oxford.. and it's going VIRAL | The Erin Molan Show

Oxford, Islam, free speech, Lawrence Fox, Dearborn, Bernie Sanders, Israel, Hamas, Spain — and another reminder that the West keeps proving the very arguments it refuses to hear. In this episode, I look at the extraordinary Oxford debate moment where an argument against Western suspicion of Islam somehow became one of the strongest arguments for why that suspicion exists, and why the violent mob outside the event says more than any polished speech ever could. I also explain why Laurence Fox’s moment on stage was so powerful, why the fear surrounding free speech and criticism of Islam is itself the clearest evidence of the problem, and why what is happening in Dearborn, Michigan should concern anyone who still believes in assimilation, gratitude and Western culture. And finally, Bernie Sanders repeats the same tired attacks on Israel, Hamas continues to escape responsibility for the suffering it caused after October 7, and the latest attempt to blame Israel for mass migration into Spain shows just how absurd — and dangerous — the anti-Israel obsession has become. Former MOSSAD psychologist reveals the untold stories of captivity | The Erin Molan Show

Glenn Cohen was the man Israel trusted to meet and debrief returning hostages as they crossed the border after Hamas captivity. A former Mossad officer and chief operational psychologist, hostage negotiator and Israeli Air Force pilot, Glenn helped develop the protocol used to receive returning hostages while balancing two urgent priorities: protecting people who had just survived unimaginable trauma and gathering life-saving intelligence about those still held in Gaza. In this extraordinary conversation with Erin Molan, Glenn reveals what surprised him most about the hostages, how children and elderly civilians instinctively used techniques taught to elite commandos, and why surviving trauma does not necessarily mean being broken for life. Glenn also shares his own remarkable story — losing his father as a child, becoming emotionally shut down, joining the Israeli Air Force against the odds, serving in the Mossad, becoming a clinical psychologist and discovering that hardship can produce not only resilience, but profound personal growth. This is a powerful conversation about the Israeli hostages, October 7, Hamas captivity, PTSD, post-traumatic growth, human resilience and what people are truly capable of when pushed beyond their limits.

Iran & Oman Work On Hormuz Deal

In this discussion, KT McFarland, former Deputy National Security Adviser to President Trump, delves into the geopolitical implications of recent political developments in the United States. McFarland examines the potential reaction from allies and adversaries around the world to the nomination of Abdul El-Sayed as the Democratic candidate for the U.S. Senate. She highlights concerns that El-Sayed’s policy positions, including his support for Hamas and his stance on Israel, could signal a shift in American foreign policy. This conversation also touches on the changing demographics in the U.S., particularly in areas like Michigan, and their potential influence on foreign policy. McFarland discusses how these shifts might be perceived by countries in the Middle East and Europe, drawing parallels to the demographic changes and resulting political impacts seen in Europe. The conversation concludes with a look at the potential economic and social consequences of current political trends in the U.S., including the exodus of middle-class citizens from New York City.

Investigating JD Vance's Chicken Coop

In this segment, Larry O'Connor and Luke Rosiak discuss a recent Washington Post article investigating JD Vance's chicken coop at the Vice President's residence. The article attempts to stir controversy by questioning the legality and motivations behind the chicken coop, suggesting it may be a political statement. Luke humorously points out the absurdity of the investigation, noting that the property falls under federal jurisdiction, not local zoning laws. The conversation also touches on the cultural significance of keeping chickens, highlighting the disconnect between urban journalists and rural life. The interview ends with light-hearted banter about the benefits of having chickens and the recent arrest of a goat in DC, adding a playful tone to the otherwise serious subject matter.

Judge Dismisses Final Oath Keepers Jan. 6 Case

A federal judge has dismissed the last remaining seditious conspiracy case against members of the Oath Keepers, formally closing the final major January 6 criminal prosecution after the Trump administration moved to vacate the convictions. The case involved Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes and several associates whose sentences had previously been commuted by President Trump. While the judge criticized the administration's decision in his ruling, he said the court was legally required to grant the Justice Department's request.

Texas Judge Strikes Down Key Federal Firearms Regulations

A federal judge in Texas has ruled that key provisions of the National Firearms Act can no longer be enforced after President Trump's tax legislation eliminated the law's $200 tax on certain firearms and accessories. The decision allows gun owners to purchase items including suppressors, short-barreled rifles and short-barreled shotguns without federal registration, unless the ruling is overturned on appeal. The Justice Department has not announced whether it plans to challenge the decision.

Tennessee Voters Cast Ballots Under New Congressional Map

Tennessee voters are heading to the polls under a newly redrawn congressional map that significantly reshaped the state's districts, including a formerly Democratic-leaning district centered on Memphis. The Republican-led redistricting effort, backed by President Donald Trump, was approved after a U.S. Supreme Court ruling that weakened key Voting Rights Act protections. Republicans say the new map will better reflect the state's electorate, while critics argue it dilutes the voting power of Memphis residents. The primary will determine nominees in several closely watched races as Republicans seek to maintain their majority in the U.S. House in November.

U.S. Suspends Avocado Inspections In Mexico's Michoacán State

The United States has suspended avocado inspections in the Mexican state of Michoacán after citing a threat to U.S. interests, temporarily halting a key step required for avocados to be exported to the United States. Mexican officials say the pause is intended to protect U.S. inspectors following recent arrests tied to extortion investigations in the region. Michoacán is Mexico's leading avocado-producing state and supplies the vast majority of avocados imported into the United States. The suspension is expected to temporarily disrupt exports until inspections resume.

New Mexico Sues DOJ Over Epstein Records

New Mexico has filed a federal lawsuit against the Justice Department and Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, accusing the federal government of blocking the state's investigation into Jeffrey Epstein's alleged sex crimes at his New Mexico ranch. State Attorney General Raúl Torrez says the Justice Department has repeatedly refused to provide investigative records that could help determine whether additional criminal charges are possible. The lawsuit argues New Mexico remains one of the few jurisdictions that could still pursue cases involving Epstein's alleged associates. The Justice Department says it is withholding certain records to protect victims' identities and comply with federal court orders, but says it remains willing to assist the state's investigation within those legal limits.
