New details are emerging in the case of former Virginia Lt. Gov. Justin Fairfax. Court records show Fairfax was facing a deadline to move out of his family home before police say he shot and killed his wife, Dr. Cerina Fairfax, then took his own life. Officers found the couple dead early Thursday at their home in Virginia. A judge had ordered Fairfax to vacate the residence by the end of April amid a contentious divorce.
